Luizen op het hoofd: kam 2 weken elke dag
Luizen op het hoofd zijn vervelend. Je kind krijgt er jeuk van.
Op school zitten en spelen kinderen dichtbij elkaar. Daardoor kunnen luizen makkelijk van het ene hoofd naar het haar van de ander gaan.
Hoe check je of je kind hoofdluis heeft?
Controleer regelmatig of je kind luizen heeft. Dat doe je zo:
Kijk tussen de haren.
Kijk vooral achter de oren, onder de pony en in de nek.
Vind je luizen of hun eitjes (neten)?
Kam elke dag het haar van je kind met een luizenkam. Doe dit 2 weken.
En controleer het hele gezin op luizen op het hoofd.

Head lice are annoying. They can make your child’s scalp itchy.
At school, children sit and play close to each other. This makes it easy for head lice to spread from one child’s head to another.
How do you check if your child has head lice?
Check your child’s hair regularly for head lice. Here’s how:
Look through the hair.
Pay particular attention behind the ears, under the fringe and at the back of the neck.
Have you found head lice or their eggs (nits)?
Comb your child’s hair every day with a fine-toothed lice comb. Do this for 2 weeks.
Check the whole family for head lice as well.
